Scope of Export
VMK Overseas Private Limited is an Indian-based export company dealing in high-quality spices, grains, and agro-products. We export to select countries in accordance with applicable Indian export laws and international trade regulations.

Product Compliance
All products comply with Indian export standards and buyer country import regulations, as mutually agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.

Certifications (e.g., FSSAI, Phytosanitary, Certificate of Origin, etc.) are provided as per buyer request.

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after:

Acceptance of the Proforma Invoice

Receipt of agreed advance/payment terms

Final agreement on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)

Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally through trusted logistics partners by sea, air, or road depending on destination.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to port congestion, customs clearance, or natural factors.

Shipping terms and responsibilities are clearly defined using Incoterms.

Risk Transfer
Risk and liability transfer to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterm.

Under FOB, responsibility transfers once goods are loaded on the vessel.

VMK Overseas is not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring after handover to shipping agent or port.

Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to arrange pre-shipment inspection through certified third-party agencies (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas).

Post-shipment complaints will not be entertained unless pre-agreed in writing.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds after shipment.

In rare, verifiable cases of defects or incorrect supply, resolution will be provided at VMK Overseas’ discretion (e.g., credit note or replacement in the next shipment).

Buyers must report such issues within 72 hours of delivery with full document.

Export Restrictions
We comply with all DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) regulations.

Products will not be shipped to sanctioned countries or regions prohibited under Indian or international law.

Legal Jurisdiction
All export contracts are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Indore Madhya Pradesh , India].
